TeleCom Unlimited’s Managed Monitoring Service provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year monitoring, notification, and dispatch service. Frame relay routers are monitored from TeleCom Unlimited’s Network Operations Center (NOC) in Abilene Texas. |

In the event of a service affecting outage, one or more predetermined methods of reporting notifies the customer immediately. A qualified TeleCom Unlimited technician will diagnose the issue remotely via frame-relay, secure VPN or dial-up modem, depending on the situation. TeleCom Unlimited is able to resolve most issues remotely and will coordinate all trouble and resolution services directly with the carrier. |

If a dispatch is required, a qualified technician will be on site within 4 hours, in most situations. TeleCom Unlimited will provide hourly updates until resolution. In addition TeleCom Unlimited stocks the majority of equipment to assure minimal disruption to the customer. |
