Network Management and Monitoring Service

  

TeleCom Unlimited’s Managed Monitoring Service provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year monitoring, notification, and dispatch service.  Frame relay routers are monitored from TeleCom Unlimited’s Network Operations Center (NOC) in Abilene Texas.

 

In the event of a service affecting outage, one or more predetermined methods of reporting notifies the customer immediately.  A qualified TeleCom Unlimited technician will diagnose the issue remotely via frame-relay, secure VPN or dial-up modem, depending on the situation.  TeleCom Unlimited is able to resolve most issues remotely and will coordinate all trouble and resolution services directly with the carrier.

 

If a dispatch is required, a qualified technician will be on site within 4 hours, in most situations.   TeleCom Unlimited will provide hourly updates until resolution.  In addition TeleCom Unlimited stocks the majority of equipment to assure minimal disruption to the customer. 

 

TeleCom Unlimited’s engineering approach sets us apart from other managed service providers.  Our engineers are often able to develop a temporary work-around when the need arises.  We are always willing to “think out of the box” when a problem occurs.
